Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore, Pakistan for a Junior Product Manager (SaaS). The Junior Product Manager (SaaS) will be responsible for end-to-end product management of our SaaS product, including research, business analysis, UX/UI design, customer feedback management, and product roadmap creation. The Junior Product Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, as well as work closely with software engineers and designers to seamlessly integrate features and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Technical knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, UX/UI design, and market research
- Demonstrated experience in creating product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and backlog management
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated experience in customer feedback management and using feedback to drive product decisions and updates
