Job Description
Company Description: S.M. Jaffer & Co. is an Engineering Consultant. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Project/Site Engineer Solar located in Karāchi. The Junior Project/Site Engineer Solar will be responsible for assisting in site preparation, quality control, material testing, and installation supervision. The successful candidate will also work closely with the project manager for project progress updates and reporting, and communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, and clients if needed. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Energy or Mechanical Engineering or other related technical fields
- Experience in renewable energy, solar PV systems and electrical installations
- Understanding of relevant building codes and regulations and technical drawings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites when required
- Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years, open to work are encouraged to apply
