Job Description
We are currently seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Assist in maintaining and updating the candidate database
- Support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred
