Job Description
Please Note: This is an on-site job position. This is a Junior-Medium level position, not a Senior Position.
At Wadic, we’re looking for a recruiter with experience in the information technology sector. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, tenacious, and willing to learn about technological developments. This role offers a chance for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit senior-level IT specialists
- Source and screen candidates through various channels
- Parse specialized skills from IT resumes
- Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 years of technical/IT recruiting experience
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Timing:
Night Shift: 6:00pm – 3:00am
Location:
College Road, Township, Lahore.
