Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales Manager at Rider. The Junior Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and building strong relationships with online businesses. They will actively promote Rider’s services, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts. The Junior Sales Manager will also collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
