Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Junior System Support Specialist with expertise in IT infrastructure, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain network servers and hardware
- Deploy and manage network devices
- Administer VMWARE clusters
- Upgrade and install software
- Manage backup schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- Knowledge of operating systems and networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with security practices
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
