Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Help with day-to-day HR tasks like keeping records and arranging interviews.
- Manage employee records, CVs, and interview scheduling.
- Prepare reports on employee performance and activities.
- Address employee queries on HR matters.
- Support in preparing payroll by providing relevant data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months of Junior Technical Recruiter experience.
- Familiarity with different interview styles.
- Understanding job requirements for IT roles.
- Knowledge of where to find candidates (like social media, LinkedIn).
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
