Job Description
Experience Level: 6 months to 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom plugins and themes for WordPress
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing WordPress websites
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Manage hosting environments, including database administration and scaling applications
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to less experienced colleagues
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in WordPress back-end development
- Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience with debugging tools and performance testing
- Good problem-solving skills and proficiency in managing complex database queries
