Job Description
Sychem Polymers is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in imports, container management, shipping logistics, stock taking, and general ledger handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming containers and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Utilize QuickBooks for digital entries, invoicing, and receipts
- Conduct stock taking and maintain inventory accuracy
- Handle general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on imports and shipping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
