Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Managing the account team assigned to each client
- Strategic planning to achieve yearly assigned targets
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
- Must have a deep understanding of competitive product knowledge
- Coordinating with the pre-sales and operations team on all technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field
- Proven experience of 4-5 years in key account management
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to build rapport with key clients
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
