Job Description
Job Summary: The Key Accounts Manager will oversee client relationships to drive revenue growth, enhance market position, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, spotting growth opportunities, and collaborating for tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the main contact.
- Sales Growth and Account Strategy:
- Identify revenue opportunities, create strategic plans, and exceed sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with various teams for effective solutions and account management.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research and track performance for strategic insights.
- Customer Retention and Satisfaction:
- Monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and improve retention.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (Master’s is a plus).
- Experience: 3+ years in key account management or sales, preferably in consumer goods.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
