Job Description
A Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage the company’s most significant accounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
- Understand clients’ needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet their expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts and handle pricing agreements.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and a proven track record in managing key accounts. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
