Job Description
Your role includes:
- Responsible for the sales and marketing of our range of flavors to prospect and existing clients in the assigned territory.
- Developing an annual flavor sales budget and reporting on sales budget performance.
- Growing the business and meeting sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Creating marketing opportunities for new products and supporting regional business expansion.
- Identifying potential product concepts and presentations.
- Liaising closely with Head Office and other Affiliates on sales and market information.
- Keeping up-to-date with flavor product trends, concepts, applications, and competitor activities.
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients, identifying business strengths and customer needs for growth.
- Conducting presentations on the company’s flavors to potential clients.
- Maintaining awareness of competitors’ sales activities, pricing, and new products.
- Liaising closely with clients/agents on sales and market information.
You will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology or any related discipline.
- Sales experience in the Flavour industry or related industry.
- Good knowledge of Flavour products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English language, both written and spoken.
