Ultimate Outsourcing LDT is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Key Account Manager to act as a vital link between our organization and our valued customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain enduring customer relationships.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide daily updates and progress reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred); Experience: 1 year in Customer Service (Preferred).
