Job Description
Position Overview:
This role focuses on developing and managing high-value customers for lubricant sales, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Location: Faisalabad
Education: Bachelors in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in large-scale sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and marketing of Shell Lubricants to meet targets
- Manage customer transition to indirect channels
- Forecast and fulfill customer expectations
- Develop strong client relationships
- Expand business network and generate new sales
- Conduct market surveys and research
- Negotiate contracts and resolve customer issues
