Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Accounts Manager to join our Enterprise Solution Sales team at PTCL.Official. As a Key Accounts Manager, your role will be to manage and nurture key accounts within our organization.
You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our enterprise customers, understanding their business needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue. As the main point of contact for key accounts, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a strategic account plan to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the existing customer base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at the enterprise level
- Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful customer implementations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and account reviews
