Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products or services to our key clients. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key client accounts and establish relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client needs and develop solutions to meet their objectives
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to expand our customer base
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with key clients
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
