Job Description
Define the customer business development agenda for the assigned cluster.
Develop and maintain customer Profile for National Accounts (Indexing and Scorecard with action plans).
Manage and deliver Channel P&L as per the budget.
Plan and develop activities for assigned accounts and build sufficiency to deliver the forecast. Liaise with Category Activation leads to ensure alignment on category activation plans.
Drive perfect store, Partner with CP&A team to deliver PS agenda.
Ensure compliance with agreed contract terms in assigned accounts, highlight deviation, and ensure correction.
Prepare budget & forecasting for assigned key accounts with respect to the sales trend and seasons ahead as per mutually signed agreements.
Partner with customers and CP&A team to deliver category development projects for key categories (Recipe, Sauce, Pickle).
Lead and manage E-commerce operations to deliver the E-commerce agenda (Lead it Nationally).
