Job Description
A Key Accounts Manager plays a crucial role in managing relationships and ensuring the satisfaction of key clients. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client accounts and expanding the company’s customer base.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategic plans to meet their goals. You will also collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key requirements for this position include excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
