Job Description
Position: Key Punch Operator
Company: Human Resource Solutions International – HRSI
Reporting to: Sales Operations
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Receive and process sales orders accurately through online portals.
- Ensure correct entry of customer order details using S&D software.
- Verify order accuracy including product codes, quantities, and pricing.
- Maintain timely order processing for efficient customer delivery.
- Communicate order discrepancies to the sales team.
- Monitor and report stock levels regularly.
- Provide sales data support to the sales team.
- Follow company SOPs to enhance sales team productivity.
Qualifications: Minimum Intermediate
Work Experience: Minimum 1-year experience
Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
