Job Description
About the role:
Join Translation Empire PK as a Knowledge Base Administrator. Your role involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for employees and customers. Manage content, upload data, and ensure accessibility for Easy PQQ Knowledge Base Portal. Monitor feedback to enhance content and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organise, and maintain the company’s knowledge base
- Implement taxonomy system for easy navigation
- Upload content from tenders and bids
- Monitor usage metrics and feedback
Qualification and Experience:
- Proven experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Proficiency in knowledge base platforms like WordPress, Wix CMS
- Experience with Easy PQQ is desirable
Work mode: Onsite
Shift Time: 12pm-9pm (UK 8am-5pm)
Location: Sector F Dha 1 Rwp
