Job Description
Job Location: Lahore / Multan / Islamabad / Karachi
Job Mode: Onsite
Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM US-Central Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support for end users on Microsoft Windows, Network connectivity, Wi-Fi, Printing, Mobile Device Management, Office 365, Azure, AWS, etc.
- Remotely troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
- Diagnose issues by questioning customers politely.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, CS or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in relevant domain.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with computer systems, mobile devices, remote desktop software, Windows/Mac OS, basic networking, Windows Server, Azure, AWS, and firewalls.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Certifications: M365, MS Windows Server, MS Exchange Server, CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Manage multiple tasks under pressure.
