Job Description
- Determine customer’s issue by analyzing symptoms
- Handle and track all incidents followed through to resolution
- Proactively monitor SCF application
- Confirm validity of problem
- Investigate and diagnose based on known errors
- Collect information related to issues such as logs
- Collect technical information such as program name or database columns related to the error
- Provide workaround solutions
- Stay informed and communicate to business stakeholders on system issues
- Serve as a single point of contact between client/business area and internal management
- SLA and support performance analysis
- Assist in the SCF process and operations flows
- Plan and coordinate maintenance releases
- Support cutover of fixes and service improvement
- Assist in validation in User Acceptance Testing
- Functional/ Hierarchical Escalation
