Job Description
Veroke is currently hiring a Level 3 Support Specialist to join our team. As a Level 3 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving escalated issues, as well as providing guidance and solutions to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and diagnosing all errors
- Designing a course of action to solve problems and evaluating them in a test environment
- Resolving client’s Finshare-related production issues
- Providing root cause analysis and solutions
- Providing emergency patch fixes
- Providing guidance for proper Finshare usage for no longer than 2 hours
- Providing SQL queries to troubleshoot issues
- Performing capacity analysis and review
- Proposing application improvement enhancements
- Delivering fixes and service improvement functional/hierarchical escalation
- Communicating with Applications Development for in-depth analysis
- Providing recommendations on SCF configurations
