Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Lab Chemist to join our dynamic team at Enterprises. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of experience in the decorative and industrial paint sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine paint formulations.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on materials.
- Oversee lab-scale trials to ensure effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records.
- Collaborate effectively with R&D, Quality Control, and production teams.
Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Relevant experience in the paint industry.
