? Join Our Dynamic Team as a Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and providing technical support in our state-of-the-art laboratory. The Lab Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and contributing to the overall success of our research initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments under the guidance of senior researchers and scientists.
• Perform sample preparation, handling, and analysis using a variety of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Record and interpret data accurately, maintaining detailed and organized laboratory notebooks.
• Assist in the development and optimization of experimental protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing research projects and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all laboratory personnel.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents and supplies, monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
• Stay current with advancements in laboratory techniques, technologies, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline MLT, (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, conducting experiments, and analyzing data.
• Familiarity with a range of laboratory techniques, equipment, and instruments.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to laboratory protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to laboratory work is a plus.
