Job Description
We are currently looking for a qualified and proactive LABSA Shift Engineer to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid) production process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance while adhering to safety and quality standards throughout their shift.
Key responsibilities include managing LABSA production equipment, promptly troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine inspections, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, possess experience in chemical plant operations (experience with LABSA is preferred), and demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills.
