Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on federal and state laws to evaluate their impact on company operations.
- Prepare detailed legal memos and provide strategic recommendations.
- Review and analyze contracts in US and Pakistan.
- Handle legal issues from HR and Admin Departments.
- Collaborate across teams to address legal concerns.
- Ensure contract compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Work closely with senior Legal Department members in the US and Pakistan.
- Support senior counsel in litigations in the US and Pakistan.
- Develop policies to align with laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Law degree required.
- Familiarity with US legal frameworks and regulations.
- Strong research skills in legal databases.
- Flexible to work late shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
