Job Description
Job Summary: CareCloud is looking for a diligent Law Officer well-versed in U.S. legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance. Responsibilities include research, contract vetting, collaboration, and assisting in U.S. and Pakistan litigation matters during late shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on U.S. laws and regulations.
- Prepare legal memoranda and review contracts.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure legal compliance.
- Assist in litigation and policy development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law.
- Experience: Knowledge of U.S. legal frameworks.
