Job Description

Rolustech is currently seeking a Lead Accounts Executive to join our dynamic Accounts Team. As a Lead Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for providing financial information to management through research, analysis of accounting data, and preparation of reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and analyzing accounting data to provide financial information to management
• Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries, as well as financial transactions documentation
• Compiling and analyzing account information to recommend financial actions
• Preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports to summarize financial status
• Auditing documents to substantiate financial transactions
• Preparing and recommending accounting controls and policies
• Coordinating activities and answering questions for accounting clerical staff
• Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Securing financial information through database backups and following internal controls
• Verifying documentation and requesting disbursements for payments
• Researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations to answer procedure questions
• Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation
• Preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Continuously updating professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking
• Contributing to team efforts and accomplishing related results as needed

Degree: BS Hons, BBA or MBA, ACCA

Experience: 5+ years
