Job Description
Mars BPO is hiring Lead Closing Executives to independently engage leads, verify information, present solutions, address objections, and close sales while maintaining accurate records.
- Responsibilities: make outbound calls, confirm customer details, present products, handle objections, close deals, and update records.
- Requirements: strong verbal persuasion, confidence, self-motivated, target-oriented; sales or call-center experience preferred; able to work with minimal supervision.
- Details: Night shift 7:00 PM–5:00 AM; on-site at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd (near Avari Towers), Civil Lines, Karachi. Pay Rs40,00–Rs65,00/month. Competitive salary, performance incentives, and growth opportunities.
