Job Description
Job Summary:
The position manages payroll processes, employee clearances, and statutory compliance with EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI, ensuring HR operations align with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll disbursement and compliance.
- Manage employee clearances and settlements.
- Ensure statutory compliance with relevant regulations.
- Supervise HR associates and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 4+ years experience in HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
