Role Description
This is a full-time on-site lead content writer position located in Karachi Division. As our lead content writer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality content for our clients, managing a team of content writers, and ensuring that all content is aligned with our clients’ brand identities and goals. Your tasks will include content ideation, creation, editing, proofreading, and optimization for SEO purposes, as well as collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be the main point of contact for all content-related queries, ensuring timely completion and delivery of content across various channels, and keeping up with the latest content marketing trends to drive results for our clients.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in content writing and strategy, with a portfolio of published works and proven results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create a wide range of content types and tailor messages to target audiences
- Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality work on tight deadlines
- Proficiency in SEO and content optimization best practices, with the ability to conduct keyword research, analyze content performance, and recommend optimizations
- Familiarity with content management systems, Google Analytics, and other content-related tools and software
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments
- Experience in B2B and/or agency environments is a plus
