Job Description
Position: Manager Customer Services
Location: Karachi
Education: Business Graduate from a reputed University
Experience: At least 5-6 years of experience in customer service or relevant fields, including a minimum of 2 years in a team lead/managerial role
Digital Services:
– Facilitate the development of key Digital Services and e-Commerce activities
– Conduct customer surveys and prepare reports for management
– Ensure effective sampling services in line with service guidelines
– Develop processes and tools to improve customer service standards
Service & Operational Management:
– Ensure compliance with company guidelines and SOPs for customer service
– Maintain prompt and effective communication with customers
– Work closely with Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain teams
– Address customer queries and complaints promptly
– Escalate issues to senior management when necessary
