Job Description
As a Lead Data Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing end-to-end ETL pipelines, architecting scalable data workflows, and mentoring a team of engineers. You will collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Required qualifications include:
- Strong expertise in ETL development (Spark, Kafka)
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing
- Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role
Excellent communication and strong analytical skills are essential.
