We are currently hiring for the position of Lead Dispatcher to join our team in Bahria Town Lahore and contribute to fulfilling our mission.
Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Lead Dispatcher to work on-site. The Lead Dispatcher will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating with drivers and clients, scheduling dispatches, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, they will oversee dispatchers, provide training and guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching or logistics management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics management software
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and industry standards
- Experience in the trucking industry
Estimated Salary: 35,00 – 60,00 PKR Monthly
