Job Information

Job Description

· Setup of efficient physical and system-based end-to-end processes for material movement tracking and reconciliation support

· Ensure overall compliance of EFS rules and conduct internal audits periodically

· Manage documentation and statutory requirements under EFS operations

· Prepare and submit necessary documents for registration, renewal, and reporting

· Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct physical audits, and provide timely data for reporting needs

· Liaise with internal departments, customers, and government bodies for effective EFS operations

· Stay updated on relevant regulations and coordinate with IT for system modifications

Education: Graduate degree (preferably masters) with 2+ years of experience in managing similar operations
