Job Description
This position is required to lead a team of export operations based on the below responsibilities:
- Review and manage documentation details for all Letters of Credit, Bills of Exchange, and Advance Payments related to retirement.
- Develop and implement strategies to expedite export and import processes, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to export laws, regulations, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized system for all export-related documentation.
- Manage export and import advice, insurance policies, and daily operational processes.
- Foster strong relationships with banks and key stakeholders to streamline export and import operations.
- Negotiate and oversee bank contracts, agreements, and MoUs to protect organizational interests.
- Inform the Head of Export and Export Documentation about bank selection for LC/BC/Advance Payment and review supporting documents.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of Export and Export.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s Degree
Experience: At least 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years leading a team
