Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Lead Facilities Admin Manager to join our team in Karachi. As the Lead Facilities Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of facility operations and administration.
Your primary duties will include coordinating facility maintenance and repairs, managing budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards, and overseeing the work of a team of administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
- Create and implement facility management policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage facility budgets and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
