Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Facilities Admin Manager. As the lead manager for facility operations in Karachi, you will play a key role in ensuring that our facilities are operating at the highest standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, including managing a team of facility administrators, coordinating maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of facility management principles. You should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to adapt quickly to changing demands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of facility administrators and ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks, including working with external vendors.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective facility management policies and procedures.
- Oversee budget planning and expense control for facility operations.
Qualifications:
