Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Remote Lead Generation Agent, your primary responsibility is to identify and connect with potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties in UAE. Leveraging various online tools and platforms, such as real estate websites and social media, you will contribute to expanding our client base and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive searches on real estate platforms like Dubizzle and Propertyfinder to locate premium residential and commercial properties aligning with lead identification standards.
- Extract relevant data from platforms, including property details, pricing, location specifics, and seller contact information.
- Reach out to property listers or agents through portals to gather additional information and determine if they meet lead qualification criteria.
- Maintain a database of potential client information, including contact details and communication progress.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes to management daily.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and refine lead generation processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills preferred, proficiency in other languages accepted.
- Independent research and critical thinking skills to identify and evaluate potential leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications like MS Office for efficient data management and communication.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight, self-motivated, and comfortable making decisions independently.
- Prior experience in real estate market understanding, lead generation, and client interaction.
- Graduation degree or O-Level certification preferred; evaluation based on experience and overall suitability.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with dedication and flexibility. Extra hours may be required to meet project deadlines or communicate with international property owners.
