Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic salesperson to move into our Lead Generation Consultant role for Local Expertz Realty, an Australian company.
This is a ‘work from home’ position.
Work Hours: 7 AM to 1 PM PKT (5 days a week)
DAY TO DAY DUTIES
- Phoning through the cold call list provided on a weekly basis
- Managing your list for the sales pipeline
- Setting up appraisals for property sellers
REWARDS AND REMUNERATION
- Rs. 20,00 base-salary
- AUD $150 – AUD $300 paid for each account converted appraisal
- Generous Bonus Structure
- Current account managers obtaining 3-6 converted sales per month
- Paid monthly with no funds held
RECOMMENDED TRAITS
- Telephone Sales experience highly recommended but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently (we don’t micromanage you, but are available for your assistance when needed)
- Mid-level computer skills with the ability to use basic online services (Google Docs, Email, etc.)
The product itself is the telemarketing service for customers of Local Expertz Real Estate Australia. Our product offering, pricing, skills, and results all speak for themselves, making the sales process quite easy for our acquisitions managers.
In this role, hard work is rewarded with unlimited earning potential. Minimum KPIs are set for you to ensure you are suitable for the role.
The interview process will be held immediately as we are looking for the right candidate to start ASAP.
