Job Description
We are seeking a female Lead Generation Executive to join Mason1 onsite, full-time at Bahria Town Phase 4, Civic Center. The role involves making outbound calls, clearly presenting our solar solutions, scheduling consultations, maintaining follow-ups and call records, and handling basic customer inquiries.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication skills, basic computer literacy; prior lead generation or customer service experience is a plus.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–45,00/month plus market-competitive salary components, target-based incentives, annual bonuses, and travel allowance for female staff after probation.
- Preference for candidates able to reliably commute to Rawalpindi or willing to relocate (employer-assisted).
