Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors. Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online research like Linkedin, networking events, and cold outreach
- Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs, present our products/services, and establish rapport. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions
- Assist the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and CRM database. Track and report on sales activities, deal progress, and success rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies and achieve common goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven work experience of 1 Year as a Lead Generation Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot, SalesLoft, Zendesk, and Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and meet or exceed lead generation targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms is a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a strong drive for results
