Job Description
TalentHue is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to enhance our sales team. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience will engage in identifying and cultivating potential sales leads via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Your efforts will focus on qualifying leads and nurturing them until they are primed for closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads across various platforms.
- Qualify leads and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow up with inbound leads and establish connections with prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor lead generation metrics.
Requirements: 1-2 years of lead generation experience, exceptional communication skills, familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools, and the capability to work independently.
