Job Description
HR Ways is seeking a Lead Generation specialist with at least 6 months of experience in sales or business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, hold a minimum Bachelors Degree, and possess proficiency in English, market knowledge, communication, and negotiation skills. The compensation offered is a salary of Rs 50K and the role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for creativity are necessary, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
