Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers.
- Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking to generate leads.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Keep accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generator or similar role in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead-generation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
