Job Description
Optimal IT Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Lead Generation Specialist based in Karachi. Shift: 4:00 AM–1:00 PM (Australian Time). The successful candidate will extract, verify, filter, and organize leads from Bark.com and other platforms, maintain lead databases, share qualified leads with sales, track lead performance, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience in lead scraping, data mining, or online research (Bark experience a plus); strong attention to detail; familiarity with scraping tools and CRMs; ability to work independently.
