Role Description
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies to expand our client’s customer base. The role will include researching and identifying potential clients, generating leads, and creating sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to meet targets and contribute to the overall success of the business. This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, computer science, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
- Fluent in English, Urdu and/or other local languages
- Experience with CRM software is desirable but not required.
- Hands-on experience on Fiverr, Upwork, and freelancing platforms.
