Job Description
QueryTel is on the lookout for a dedicated Cold-Calling and Lead Generation Expert focused on the North American market. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, significantly contributing to the growth of our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses across the U.S. and Canada.
- Assess client needs and effectively present applicable IT services.
- Document call outcomes and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with North American sales representatives.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance and lead conversion reports.
Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cold calling or B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of North American sales culture.
